I like Eternity because…

Here are some unsolicited comments from our readers

It is new, refreshing, has articles that I cared about. Is ecumenical, and has ads from all denominations, not just one specific, it's very difficult to find info for Christian stuff in general if you are not tied to a denomination.

Now I think of it, the ads are actually a highlight, it helps me know what is going on in the Christian world outside my particular bubble, what is coming up and what is popular. Especially liked Christian news like the winner of the book award... Where else would I find that info? There's definitely a place for this paper.

...it gives a nationwide, internominational picture to Christianity. A bit early yet for a proper assessment. It gives some interesting perspectives on Church Planting. Informative and well written articles from evangelical perspective.

It's Australian, it's interdenominational, it's both local and global. Well written. Able to include a variety of views instead of just the "party line". I even liked the ads because they showed me what various churches are doing around the place.

I think it such a great idea that its nondenominational as once the churches are united then Satan really doesn't stand a chance.

It deals with real and contemporary issues faced by christians today but it also does so in an uplifting way. This has been sadly lacking in our church newspaper. It also strikes a good balance between evangelism and social justice articles.

The book and film reviews were great too. I have read all of it which is most unusual for me as I usually pick and choose which articles interest me. So that says to me it is a great Christian newspaper. Well done and blessings on you all.

It has quality articles, presents topics that a whole range of people are interested in, nad therefore it is a publication that can stimulate debate and discussion.

Great work on putting together Eternity.

The highlight of the first edition, is that it brings to the forefront, the great work God is doing both in individual lives, around the country and around the world.

The opinion piece on Bill of Rights was well argued on both sides.

I love the fact that you aim to engage with our culture - especially the Nick Cave - Bono piece, along with the reviews.

Well done!
