Commission My Soul

With humble piano bits, anthemic battlecries that swell and swell, as well as guitar parts that ping like Coldplay, Citipointe Live's latest album, Commission My Soul, may be what many people have come to expect from Christian praise music. It echoes much of Hillsong's victorious, steady-building music, and goes to work on the affections.

Sarah’s Choice

Sarah's Choice could almost be split right down the middle. Roughly the first half is a very mature exploration of the responsibilities of being a parent. The strength of the first section is it never trivialises the challenges of an unplanned pregnancy – or a planned one for that matter. But halfway through, the story take a turn for the weird.
